2023 is the year of balance so we thought we'd bring skin-needling expert and good friend of the pod, Sam Appel into the studio. We met Sam 6 years ago when she ran a mobile skin-needling clinic across Sydney (we were obsessed!). Fast forward to 2023 and Sam has had quite the adventure - from a corporate job, at-home skin treatments, a stint truffle farming in the Southern Highlands, and finally, to opening multiple amazing skin clinics across Sydney - it's safe to say Sam now runs a fully-fledged skin empire.
