This week we have our close friend, dog whisperer and all-round saviour Nikki Teo from East Side Dogs joining us on the pod to talk us through our greatest obsession - you guessed it - dogs, dogs and more dogs. When Nikki rescued Steph's now dog, Kobe, their family was about to meet their greatest blessing (despite his naughty tendencies). Kobe is undoubtedly a challenging dog and it was through Nikki's skill and expertise that we realised dog training isn't simply about correction - there's so much more to the psychology, compatibility and energy that we bring to the table with our dogs. When Ella got her beautiful yet giant rotti, Tonka - she also experienced challenges and Nikki once again worked her magic and saved the day.Nikki's journey began when she had to bear witness to her two dogs, Archie and Tommy, fighting mercilessly out of the blue and from there, she made it her mission to learn why this was happening and how to fix it. After months of struggling with trainers that simply didn't understand a holistic approach to her dogs' needs, she was determined to meet and train with the GOAT - César Millán.
