In the space of a week, we had to shoot the biggest e-commerce campaign we’d ever done (and experienced the busiest few months of work post-Covid), Steph nearly lost her Dad to a bad fall, after he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and then dementia 12 years ago, AND to top it all off, Ella then received the news that her Dad has cancer. So, how do you navigate running your own business when it feels as though your world is quite literally falling apart?
