As I’m sure you’re all aware, Ella and I are terrified of giving birth. Now that we’re officially over 30, the chat around having babies comes up at least once a day. There are so many overwhelming moving parts to consider: fertility, pregnancy, physically giving birth and after all that, actually doing the parenting for THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. Stefani is a longtime friend of the pod, with her husband Tom Birmingham being the co-host of Hello Sport with Ella’s fiance Eddy. As a Mother of two beautiful girls, Evie and Zoe; Stef’s two birth stories could not be more different. From trauma to euphoria, Stef talks us through the radically different experiences she had giving birth to Evie and Zoe and her advice along the way. We could listen to Stef speak for hours on end.
