Red flags of employment you need to know about:
Exposure to 1 or More of these increases your risk:
Workload imbalance
Lack of Control in your work
Personal and Work Values not aligned (Moral Distress)
Fairness and equity on the job is missing
Lack of reward through recognition and acknowledgement
Sense of Community is missing
Common Personal red flags:
Stop doing the things you enjoy (being active, cooking, talking, reading, etc)
Easily irritated
Short with loved ones
Tired all the time, even on the weekends
Doing the bare minimum just to get by
Compassion fatigue
Don’t care about your work
Increased substance use
Change to your health habits
Feeling sad, angry, unworthy, Not Enough
Feel “Stuck”
How you can get un-stuck:
Decide to change and take action
Focus on my values and higher purpose
Ask for help
Make myself a priority - get movement in, invest in myself
Reconnect with Relationships and talk it out
