This week I talk with Keisha Barnes, Licensed Therapist about how she went from her Worst. Job. Ever to entrepreneur and Anxiety Specialist with the help of a Business Coach.

She now helps women with anxiety navigate social relationships without being fearful, lonely, and overwhelmed.

She talks about her background with community mental health, case management, mental health assessments, working with children in the school setting, and how she is using her degree in new ways.
