Description
The VGK pulled out a 4-1 win in Chicago over the Blackhawks Thursday night. The Golden Knights Reilly Smith notched a shorthanded goal and later closed out the game with an ENG. He now has 14 goals on the season. We talked about how loose the Chicago defense was. It wasn't a great game to watch and the third period went commercial free because there were no stoppages on the ice. Chicago did try to roughouse VGK at times and the Golden Knights could be without another player, Paul Cotter, who got wiped out by the Hawks Jared Tinordi on a legal hit. With VGK's first period goal, Chicago is now -32 differential in the first period alone. The Golden Knights host the Islanders on Saturday night. The Isles will come in off a game in Arizona Friday night (Dasco yells "The league is rigged (for VGK.) We also have our WTFriday feature. Why won't the NHL expand its playoffs??
