Shani talks about how you make this culture change and why senior leaders need to advocates this and role model change. Shani talks about how to empower others to utilise this shared power and that we need to stop talking about devolving power. Judith argues that organisations need to talk more about the psychological contract and less about the psychological safety. They must take responsibility for their actions and not put the responsibility of safety on the leaders/employees to find themselves. They discuss how authenticity and culture plays a part when you are reinventing an organisation. The need for courage is paramount.
