Starting out like most PT’s do, Mark began his career running boxing sessions in the park and conducting face to face sessions in a gym in Sydney, Australia. After leaving school, Mark became a qualified Personal Trainer and his thirst for knowledge, attention to detail and appreciation for science and evidence propelled him into further studies and mentorship programs.
