We’ve said it once and we will say it again consistency is key. This week we had coaches Justin Mancuso and Robyn Peck on for a round table discussion on consistency and patience. We have many clients ask us how we have stayed on track with our nutrition for so long and it all boils down to consistency and patience. Do something consistently for long enough and it just becomes a way of life. However, just because we are coaches doesn’t mean it wasn’t difficult for us in the beginning, but with patience and time we have been able to form new habits and move forward with our journey.
