Recently I was asked to contribute to a book about habits for cancer thrivers. I put off this assignment because I couldn’t think of one habit. After consistent support and reminders to share my one habit, I discovered my answer. In this episode, I share my one habit for cancer patients, my habit to stop, and my most valuable learning experience for my own time with cancer. And if you do not have cancer, take action on these habits today to bring energy and new life to your body.HIGHLIGHTS0:59 - Battling your commitments when uncertain3:15 - Read the instruction manual5:01 - How Freddie contributed to his cancer7:29 - Incorporate this habit9:59 - The first signs that biohacking could change Freddie's life12:44 - Developing a set of operational instructions for your body's supercomputer13:49 - Habits to unprogram for cancer patients16:07 - Own your rolesCONNECT WITH FREDDIECheck out my website - https://freddiesetgo.com/ Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/freddiesetgo/Read my Favs - https://freddiesetgo.com/freddies-favorites/ Sing For Your Seniors - https://http://singforyourseniors.org Amp Coil - https://www.ampcoil.comABOUT FREDDIEI’m Freddie Kimmel, a Functional Health Coach, Reiki Healer, Certified Personal Trainer, Gut Health Specialist, and a proud cancer survivor.
