Description

Jennifer Ragazzo's early experiences with health started her on a passionate journey of hope and healing. Through overcoming infertility, balancing out her thyroid, battling anxiety and depression, learning to let go of dieting and listen to her body and what it told me I needed, she has learned how to love herself through God’s eyes and value who I was created to be.She has a BA in Psychology and an Ed.M. in Education and attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  Her goal is to help every one of her clients gain control over their health, get to the deep-rooted cause(s) of their DIS-ease and find healing. In this conversation, Jennifer and Freddie touch on many aspects of functional medicine, explore several diagnostic tests, explain why stool tests are so popular, how Jennifer overcame endometriosis, and one of the best answers on what it means to be beautifully broken to date. A lot of valuable information in this episode to learn how you can take control of your healing journey in a truly analytical and data-based way.HIGHLIGHTS OF OUR CONVERSATION1:39 - How Jennifer approaches optimal health for her clients in a unique way4:09 - The Dutch Test explainer (diagnostic test)11:05 - Taking ownership of your health16:36 - Why is the stool test so popular?22:28 - Integrating AmpCoil into a functional medicine practice28:43 - 5 minutes on endometriosis 32:17 - What does it mean to be beautifully broken?33:50 - Getting in touch with JenniferCONNECT WITH JENNIFERVisit her website - https://keepingitrealwithjen.comConnect on Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/jennifer_ragazzo/CONNECT WITH FREDDIECheck out my website - https://freddiesetgo.com/ Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/freddiesetgo/Read my Favs - https://freddiesetgo.com/freddies-favorites/ Sing For Your Seniors - https://http://singforyourseniors.org Amp Coil - https://www.ampcoil.com ABOUT FREDDIEI’m Freddie Kimmel, a Functional Health Coach, Reiki Healer, Certified Personal Trainer, Gut Health Specialist, and proud cancer survivor.
