Often we focus solely on what happens on-court and while that's definitely important, it's not enough.
If we want to remain competitive, and keep attracting people to our sport we need to think about business. We need to spend time and effort learning all these off-court skills that are paramount to make any organisation work well. Skills like customer service, marketing, sales, management, leadership, negotiation and many, many others.
