Welcome to the first Monthly entry into The Big Run journal. 
The loose thread stitching together this month's entry is desire. 
The desire for adventure, the desire to find joy in what you do. Whatever it means to you. 
Kicking us off is decorated actor and knight of the realm, Sir Simon Russell Beale reading "Glory, Glory, Glory!" by a former guest, talented runner and supremely gifted wordsmith Sean Hamilton. 
We then head out to North West London for adventure and trail with the wonderful community of runners that is Camino Ultra. 
At 19:45 Keiran Alger from The Run Testers drops in with the 2 Minute Review on the latest offering from Garmin with their new Epix watches.

Irish international and 2:09 marathoner Stephen Scullion on the perils of Twitter, mental health, finding the joy in what you do and an insight into the hard work of elite-level training camps.
At 54:05, we take a pause to be joined by the editor of Athletics Weekly, Jason Henderson for the racing forecast. Jason takes us through the main events on the calendar for the next month, who to look out for and where you can watch the action. Its a must to plan out your racing calendar. 
Then we jump back to Stephen at 1hr we jump back to Stephen to close us out and find out what desire means to him as a runner and a Harry Potter fan ?
