Description

The most common question I hear about tapping is "Will tapping work for [insert issue]?" The second most common question is "What are the right tapping phrases to use for [insert issue]?" I understand why that question is so often asked. In most tapping trainings you are taught that your tapping phrases need to be as specific as possible to get the most out of tapping. This concern is compounded when you hear an experienced tapper effortlessly come up with what seem to be the perfect phrases. In reality, there is no such thing as the "exactly right words" to tap along to. The words themself aren't magic. In this short audio I explain how best to approach the words and phrases that you can tap to AND the most effective way to come up with the perfect phrases for you. The good news is that it's much easier than you would think. Support the podcast! Subscribe in: Apple | iPhone | Android | Google | Spotify | Pandora
