Many of us believe that the process of visualization is something done with set aside time and focused intention. Although used this way with success, visualization is also a process we use on a day to day, moment to moment basis. We are constantly visualizing our futures to help us navigate present moment decisions. We worry, we fear, we have hope, we ask "what-if" etc etc.
