Description

Dealing with Negative family and friends can be challenging, especially when it's your parents and siblings. I know this can be challenging when it's time to pick up the phone with that negative person on the other end or when there's an event you have to attend, and those negative individuals are there. Sometimes we find ourselves trying to find an escape route, distractions, and anything else that can help us avoid these people. When it comes to our closest family members, like our parents and siblings, it is not that easy to bypass.
The worst thing we can do is REACT based on how they acted. I know it's not as easy as it sounds, but it's doable, especially if you're going to break the chain. In this podcast, I coached you through a system you can use to deal with this most peacefully. I also teach you WHY there's an issue and how to deal with that issue which will help you protect your energy and time with these negative individuals.
