Description
Music and dance are very healing. When we move on the beat of the music or when we play music we expand our own frequencies to ride the wave of the music that is playing or that we want to play/ create. We BECOME the music. Same with dance. When you get out of your head and into the body yo get to feel yourself, be in touch with your body and listen to it. Letting it do it's thing. Yes, dancing is learnt but it is an intrinsic aspect of us. This and more will be covered in this episode. I share a couple stories from which I got wisdom as of recently. :-)
