As we find our joy, we become more and more our true selves. Our body, our life is our instrument. Most of us have instruments playing a noisy song of compromise, self-sacrifice, and struggle. Real food nurtures the pure sound within us. The calling of joy is remembering our essence that is felt in our hearts and then expressed in the world. In our practice of accepting emptiness, the noise and fear of the daily world is set free. Here is real peace for us to feel and receive. Here is the peace the world hungers for.
