How do you keep focused as an artist? We’ve all wasted time scrolling our phone or putting off one piece of work for another. This week on Thriving Women Artists, Ping, Sarah, and Dorien will be sharing their tips on staying focused, avoiding distractions, and being accountable.

Your desk space should be a place for work, if you’re sitting there playing games on your phone or other things, then your brain will not associate your desk with work. 
Take a break throughout the day, away from your desk. Go out for a little walk and some fresh air. We can’t focus for 8 hours in a row.
