The nachos are everyone’s favorite, I am also a huge fan of the sin carne asada burrito and the quesadillas. Vegan Bowl – west side. Haven’t been there but 100% positive review from everyone I have ever talked to. Zest Kitchen and Bar – 100% plant based and gluten free. Not my favorite, but if you want something almost pretentiously healthy it is very popular. Vegan Meals at Omni Restaurants The Pie – the Vegan Chicken Bacon Ranch is to die for. Jinya Ramen – Creamy Vegan Ramen is sooooo good. Dog Haus – The Beyond Brat there is phenomenal, they also have impossible sliders. Mi Ranchito – around 3300 south and state – Has an entire vegan buffet every Friday night, as well as a smaller vegan menu throughout the week. Chabaar – Thai restaurant in Midvale – Almost any curry there can be made vegan. Vegan Fast Food Burger King – Impossible Whopper. I have an embarrassing amount of these. Del Taco – Beyond Beef Tacos/Burritos. They are alright, I can’t wait until Taco Time rolls theirs out though. Apollo Burger – Impossible Burger.
