Description

Happy New Year 2022! I have a special show for you today, all about the future.

In this episode, you'll hear ways to be happier and bring more joy to your days so you can create a new way of being in 2022.

My guest La’Vista is the founder and CEO of 31 Marketplace, an agency that helps overworked solopreneurs do what they love without sacrificing themselves and experiencing burnout.

She accomplishes this by blending systemization and self-care - topics that she and her guests speak candidly about on her podcast B.O.S.S. Talk.

As a burnout survivor herself, La’Vista is leading a movement of entrepreneurs who want more from life than frazzled days and sleepless nights. Her unique approach of blending strategy, implementation, and holding space for moments to breathe helps each client cultivate their own culture of work-life balance.

Don't think of self-care as an item on your to-do list. It's about infusing it into your lifestyle.

Stay consistent with intentional self-care so you are replenishing yourself on a daily basis.

How to incorporate self-care:
