That’s an insight author Gavin Seah explores in his book, True Humility: Finding Peace and Balance in Today’s Modern Society. Could it be that our growth is stunted when it’s not shared with others? Are we missing out on true happiness by keeping our growth to ourselves and not using it to impact others? These are some of the questions Gavin tackles as he encourages readers to see how we can take what we’re learning to not only better ourselves, but to better mankind.   Guest Bio Gavin Seah was born in Singapore and raised in Melbourne, Australia. Prior to his recent endeavour in writing, he worked in corporate banks and the Big Four accounting firms in Singapore. Growing up, Gavin went through much trials and tribulations. As he scoured the world searching for true peace and balance, he came to realize the beauty of True Humility. With a keen passion to impart the practice of True Humility to others, Gavin hopes to challenge and change the lives of many. In 2019, Gavin founded his socio-educational enterprise, Soil Of Humility (soilofhumility.com) with a vision to be a transformational, game-changing company to bring more value-based contents, products and services in our modern society.   Host Bio Kristen Manieri is the author of Better Daily Mindfulness Habits: Simples Changes with Lifelong Impact (July 2021: Rockridge Press). She’s certified both as a habits coach and mindfulness teacher. She specializes in: stress reduction, energy management, mindset, resilience, focus, habit formation, rest rituals, and prioritizing personal well-being. As the host of the weekly 60 Mindful Minutes podcast, an Apple top 100 social science podcast, Kristen has interviewed over 140 authors and thought-leaders about what it means to live a more conscious, connected, intentional AND joyful life.
