Description
Happy Friday Beauties!
On this week's Five Minute Friday, I'm debunking all the myths and dishing out all the secrets on sunscreen. As it gets warmer, and the sun starts shining harder, it’s important that we understand just how powerful these light rays are and how we can protect ourselves from the damage. Wearing a great sunscreen EVERYDAY, is one of the most important things we can do to prevent signs of aging. 90% of all aging occurs from the sun! Yes, you read that right. So, hit play to learn all of the facts on sunscreen, from wearing it in cloudy weather to the differences in ultraviolet light. I discuss why you should be looking for zinc oxide and titanium oxide in your sunscreen, and why melanin alone is not sufficient in protecting darker skin from the sun. Be sure to check out my tinted zinc oxide sunscreen, and let’s start taking the sun seriously!
