Pastor Marty Celaya is an ordained minister through ICFM, the International Convention of Faith Ministries, an author of four published books, and a businessman helping families with financial services. He is the founder of Encouragement International and is a former USA National Director of the Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International. Marty at one time was privileged to write for the Voice magazine, the fellowships world-wide magazine. In 2016, Marty was given an Honorary Doctorate Degree, and a chaplaincy position from some of the leaders of Full Gospel Businessmen for a lifetime of service. Over the last 30 years, Marty has traveled extensively ministering to thousands both domestically and overseas. At one time, Marty helped establish the assimilation ministries of the fastest growing church in California. He has consulted with many churches and ministries over the years in the areas of leadership and church growth. Marty has been an executive pastor serving four churches large and small, - He serves on a few ministry boards as well. Currently Pastor Marty with his wife Irma are leading Encouragement Community Church in Azusa, Ca. They host "Today's Encouraging Word," which is a bilingual television outreach on Alma Vision Hispanic Television Network. Pastor Marty Celayas vision is to help other peoples visions come to pass. He is the proud father of two grown children, and resides with his beautiful wife Irma in Fontana California.
