In today’s podcast episode, as part of the lead up to our Momma Body Love Workshop on Thursday, August 5th, I want to talk to you today about postpartum body image.   Because I’ve heard from SO many of you that this is by FAR one of the most challenging times for body image you’ve ever had in your life.
