Dr. Berg talks about the benefits of vitamin E. Vitamin E helps the blood to the right consistency and not too thick. He also recommends that if you are getting a vitamin E supplements to make sure that it is food-based and has the complete vitamin E complex.
1. The ability to dissolve fresh clots or prevents clots – clotting if not corrected could lead to a stroke.
2. Decreases the need for oxygen in your tissue – Vitamin E helps keep the muscle in good shape and to make sure it is strong.
