In this podcast, Dr. Berg explains why apple cider vinegar burns your stomach. Normally it will help a person that has an acid reflux, GERD or gastroesophageal reflux disorder, heartburn, ingestion or bloating. But in occasion, it can worsen the situation because either the person might have an ulcer, gastritis (inflammation of the stomach) and inflammation of some part of the digestive system where you have to avoid consuming apple cider vinegar.
What to Do?
• Heal 1st (Chlorophyll – wheatgrass powder) – Cabbage has a natural chemical called glutamine which is really good for ulcers and inflammatory conditions.
• Probiotic
• Baking Soda – Helps temporarily but in the long run it will make worsen.
