I think culturally we are missing a HUGE piece that will solve a lot of our mental health issues. Getting real with self care. What is means and why it's so important. 
 
Today’s podcast is about real self care. This goes beyond the pedicures and closet full of the latest fashions. It’s about soul level self love. Compassion and discovering the essence of who you really are — and who you children really are.
