Dr. Berg talks about the ongoing debate between vegetarian diets and a meat eater's diet. People are confused which way to go. They do not know what is true, what is false, what is healthier, what is dangerous. Is it the carbs? Is it the animal fat and protein? The real problem is in the interpretation of the studies on both sides. To be able to evaluate and figure things out, you personally would need to read the study, understand it. But, these studies are in a language which is difficult to get the full understanding. Unless you have a basic physiology background and have the patience to look up the hundreds of technical works, you're dependent on someone's interpretation, which comes with a bias. Here's a better way to know what truth is for you - experience.
