About this ebook
Can a prayer ever be too short? Can a prayer be too long? Why pray at all? Let’s start with one of the shortest of short prayers. “Lord, save me!”
Why would someone pray such a short prayer? How hard is it to find time to pray any sort of meaningful prayer? Whether we’ve been a Christian for a few days, months, or years, without prayer our Christian faith will wither and perhaps even die!
This short book is an encouragement to start, and continue, a healthy time of confident prayer, not just praying for yourself but praying for others ‒ not only at a set time, but also feeling free to pray at any time of the day!
There’s just one special requirement needed in order to pray effectively. You first need to come to Jesus, and ask Him to be your own Saviour and Friend.
And when you’ve done that.........

Why would someone pray such a short prayer? Saved from what? Saved from a painful death? Saved from being arrested for a crime they’ve committed? Saved from problems in their life? Saved from dying, not knowing Jesus as their
