Poetry is often filled with metaphors and not always is the idea behind the poem clear. That being said...Some of these poems were written with the idea that I was not in a good place. I am not all rainbow and light, no matter how much I try to be. If you find yourself also in a bad place, please reach out and find someone to hear you. I have a therapist to hear my chaos. Please do not face the dark alone without at least a candle to light the way.
