In life, there are times when we are stuck in a state of confusion, hysteria, and brain fog. However you might want to put it, the feeling is agonizing. This book will help you manage the emotional rollercoaster that life is.

It will allow you to relinquish control over certain things and trust God to help you out of your situation. By the time you are done reading this, you will have a better idea of what adversity is, why it is important, and how you can deal with it most effectively.

Also, you will learn about Satan’s lies, the importance of patience, and the significance of perseverance. Most importantly, I want you all to spread the knowledge and wisdom that you have gained into the world, thus allowing more people to think about the message I have tried to put forth in this boo

It doesn’t matter who we are, where we come from, what the color of our skin is, and how much money we have. Every person who is sent to this earth is sent with a mission. However, like a piece of machinery, a human being doesn’t come with an instruction manual. Therefore, finding our purpose and our calling isn’t the easiest thing to do.

While the quest to find our purpose engrosses us, we cannot deny the fact that all of us are surrounded by a unique set of problems. It is important to be able to handle these problems to the best of our capabilities and with the utmost patience while we continue to do what is needed in terms of finding our purpose. 

That said, one more thing that is unanimous among the human race is the desire to take things into our own hands. You may be the most intelligent and the most level-headed person on the block, but you have an innate desire to exercise control over the things in your life, so you may change them for the better. 

Sure enough, this desire is legitimate and noble, to say the least. However, this isn’t always possible. Regardless of how strong, awe-inspiring, or redoubtable you are, you are but a mere mortal, and despite your competencies, you have your limitations beyond which you cannot exercise your control. 

This is why I have introduced the idea of trusting the process in this book. I believe that not being able to exercise control over our own lives conjures feelings of helplessness, which can surely harm our mental health. However, by trusting the process, we can manage our problems better. 

It is important to understand that each individual has a different life pattern, and you are not an exception, and this pattern, or this process, is determined by God. He has already written in your book of fate the accolades and accomplishments you’ll unlock, the gifts and blessings you will cherish, as well as the tests and tribulations you will endure and how you will endure them. 

Most of us don’t deem ourselves worthy enough or strong enough to stand up against hardship. However, the strength, intelligence, and intellect required to manage life’s difficulties have been programmed well into our default system from the moment we open our eyes for the first time out of the warmth of the womb. 

If you have read my past three books, you may have an idea of what my artistic credo is. This book is no different. Through this book, I want to empower my readers so they are better able to trust the process God has chosen for them. 

The real problem arises when people are unable to trust the process and try harder than necessary to control everything. These people also tend to crumble when faced with adversity. If they were to trust the process, they would realize that adversity is a crucial component of human life. 

Part of trusting the process is believing in the fact that the power to manage adversity resides within us. Only if we look hard enough can we find the mental, physical, and emotional resources needed to overcome obstacles. 

I believe to unleash the strength within, we need to be in a constant state of communication with the Lord. However, listening to God isn’t always easy, considering the noise that exists on the outside as well as inside. The best way to do this is to try as much as possible to block out the noise. Once the noise is out, we can read the Bible so we may have a better idea of God’s message and what he expects from us. 

The great thing about the Bible is that it helps solve 100% of our problems if we read it with an open mind. Also, it remains valid for the upcoming generations and presents us with fresh new perspectives on a variety of different issues that we encounter on a day-to-day basis. 

As we are faced with adversity, there is another obstruction stopping our way, and that is Satan. He doesn’t attack us physically, but his emotional and psychological attacks are enough to make us tumble. However, only through patience, perseverance, faith in God, and trust in the process can you put Satan back in his place. 

Satan has a strange way of attacking our sanity, as well as our peace of mind. He utilizes our fears and insecurities and amplifies them, making them appear big in our eyes. As a result, we begin to doubt our power, as well as the gifts God has bestowed upon us. 

However, this is where you have to step up. You might have been patient in adverse situations. But, what’s next? You cannot move forth on patience alone. A time will come when you will lose it, which will leave you in a state of mental and emotional fiasco. 

Action is necessary, no matter how slow it is. This is where perseverance comes in. You cannot afford to stagnate with patience, for the devil is after
