Life, Death & Last Words of John Keats - DR. ANUP KUMAR
3 A.M. Musings
It’s 3 A.M. and my thoughts
sound like loud music.
It’s 3 A.M. and white lightning
flashes outside my window.
It’s 3 A.M. and my emotions
are the thunder’s flash.
Wild, awake, alert,
three words that describe
how my body works at this hour.
It’s 3 A.M. and my mind
tells me to be productive.
It’s 3 A.M. and my legs
push me towards my desk.
It’s 3 A.M. and my hands
scribble poems in my diary.
I dream of dancing in the stars,
Embracing the universe's joy
As the happiest soul alive.
A Lovely Mess
They said he was complex and spoilt, they couldn’t see,
that his imperfections ignite the beauty in me.
Our love, a lovely mess, destined to be,
united in this world, seizing our journey.
Through ups and downs, we painted our dreams,
fueled by our love, like unstoppable streams.
In his arms, I found solace, a place to unwind,
two hearts intertwined, forever entwined.
Amazingly Awkward
In a world of elegant moves and flowing grace,
there exists a spark of divine embrace,
Where clumsiness and charm intertwine,
The dance of awkwardness is truly fine.
With every stumble, a smile in disguise,
the amazingly awkward never despise,
Their fumbles are a delightful sight,
captivating hearts with their awkward might.
Their bumbling presence, a comic embrace,
leaving us in awe at their amazing grace.
it is in the awkward, we learn to be,
the beautifully flawed individuals we see.
Arrivals and Departures
I love the stillness of airports, where journeys take flight,
There exists a space, serene and quiet, out of sight.
Amidst the chaos and commotion, a haven awaits,
The solitude of airports, where time
