DEDICATION
This book is dedicated to
KATHY CARROLL
It was an absolute blessing that I met Kathy when I was 30-years-old. Prior to that time in my life, I wasn’t prepared to make a lifelong commitment to anyone. We married in June 1985 and have been blessed with three amazing sons and five adorable grandchildren. As she promised, Kathy has loved me in good times and bad, in sickness and in health. As we approach our 39th wedding anniversary, our love for and commitment to each other remains strong. I am tremendously grateful to Kathy for her love and support these past forty years. It is with love and gratitude that I dedicate this book to her.
