About this ebook
In this work we demystify the belief that personal success and happiness, as well as those values that people seek, are the work of chance, luck or destiny. We show that anyone and everyone can become the person they want and position themselves in life according to their interests. Success and all personal achievements are values that are constructed by the person themselves. There are rules, laws that govern bliss. Both success and failure are the results of our actions; When we do things the right way, the results are according to our desire. When we make mistakes, we make mistakes because we are unaware of the necessary pillars that support the good functioning, the good construction of the object of our interest; When we are unaware of this science, we make mistakes, and the results reflect our lack of knowledge. In this book we show what these pillars are; we make it clear which laws are responsible for good constructions, for what we call success, which are nothing more than the results of work well done, well informed by knowledge, by knowledge. We show that even people who so far have not been able to become who they desire, nor reach the position of their dreams, even these people, no matter how bad their situations are, can still change, rebuild themselves and reconfigure their lives. ways of seeing themselves, becoming confident people, with a winning mentality, becoming truly empowered and fulfilled people in every way. The core of our work is to show that the science that leads to personal success is accessible to anyone, as long as that person decides to learn and follow the laws that govern good results, which is what we call success.

With more than three decades of experience, I have dedicated myself to the field of psychology focused on personal development, also known as positive psychology. My specialty is Performance Coaching or Life Coaching, where we work hard to help people who have found little or no success to discover themselves as empowered individuals, capable of building their lives in the best possible ways. During all these years, I have witnessed countless people struggling in their lives due to their personal limitations, which end up preventing them from achieving fulfillment in different areas of their lives. Together with my husband and daughter, who are also psychologists, we teach people that success and failure are direct results of our understanding of how to achieve our goals. In other words, we affirm that personal success is an individual construction; when someone does not understand the laws that govern this construction, the results tend to be discouraging, and the opposite of success is achieved. Many people are unaware that both success and happiness are personal constructions, based on specific laws. Without understanding these laws, results are compromised. This is exactly what we teach and we have observed the best results for the vast majority of people we have the privilege of working with.
