PREFACE

This book has been in the making for over twenty years. I have been fighting with the Lord and making every excuse possible to not finish it. The Lord has nudged me every time my pen touched paper. Every word you see has feelings and meaning. The sections you will read are moments in my life that have changed and molded me. This is the process of me being the clay. The pushing and pulling and firing to be what the master artist (The Lord) knows that I can be. For in my eyes, I see nothing but in His eyes, He sees hand-sculpted beauty. I am not telling you that He is done with me. The work He started in me will continue until the day He calls me home. We all face struggles, and we need strength to get through them. This book is to help get through those moments that bring us to our knees. And those knees, whether physical or figuratively, can lead us into prayer that reaches the realms of heaven.

At the end of each chapter, there are scriptures and a song listed that helps to convey the feelings that I faced. They are there to help and encourage you.
