Born November, 17, 1949, Went to Elkmont School, Attended Athens State University, and graduated in 2013. My last class was English Lit, of which I loved the class and had a wonderful teacher, who taught us well. In 2014 | began to write but not seriously, I had one book published in 2018, Love Lost, Lost love which wasn't very well presented. After that time in my life, I began having things happen, so I wrote about my experiences as well as other things that happen to friends and even my enemies. One thing! Detest is lying and those who pass hearsay on to others without the full truth. This subject i suppose most people have had in their life and affected in some way with strife caused by untrue motives, or jealousies. I also believe in the old saying. What goes around will come back around. I have been encouraged by friends and family to continue to write, and a good friend Janice whom I have talked with many times through email and Facebook, and my great friend Jim Daddy Mac, who has given me a word or words for completion of my writing. I treasure my friends; we all are in this thing together, that makes time so rewarding and my friends at the senior center. Here in Lawrenceburg, and friends on Spring Creek. The last four years things have been tough for me in ways that my sister, Sandy and Tim have been a blessing. I have learned many things, being an old man that is to forgive let bad things go, but I haven't mastered the art of forgetting. I love my family and friends; above all, the madness we go through in this life, all I can say is this, Carpe Diem, in a good and wholesome way, and to my church family, Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Thank you.

The Truth in Appearance

What I have learned from the hater, idiot and fool.
They need direction with purpose.
He lies to all; his fall is near.
A lack of emotional insight and the weakness that slows the process of growth.
A friend is many, pass and repass, hi and bye, not very close.
The friend are few.
The friend will be there, have your back from the side to front, and catch the stone when thrown.
The friend will not believe hearsay, which promote hate, only by an idiot and spread by a fool, which are you?
The friend will not talk behind your back as some who lie to stay in the click.
I have no need or friendship with those who are drowning in self-deception.
If you think my words are without merit, wait and see what you inherit, time will tell.
In time you might heal, mend and resend unto heavenly places.
Choices bring consequences with direction, either bad or good, however the main purpose leads to redemption, your choice, your way, be sure of it, uncertainty in play.
The Purity of Love.

Twilight in late evening, unto moon bright, in need of the night life once again.
I set beneath the tree’s boughs and leaves, looking upward into the infinity of night with the overcast of stars and the old mood maker, the beautiful silvery moon smiling down upon me.
I have need and am stricken by loneliness, alone in destitute for the warmth and passion of another.
He fills my loneliness with images of romantic visions of need to replenish my void of emptiness with desire I once had.
I ask for not, a beauty Queen but a beautiful heart of love with humility and desire as self, with the heart strings of love in unity of closeness
