Dr. Githiga is Chancellor at ANCCI University, former chaplain and faculty at West Texas A&M University, Grambling State University, and instructor at Pensacola Junior College, Head of the Department of Pastoral Theology at St. Paul's University, founder and first President of the African Association for Pastoral Study and Counseling. He is a graduate from Church Army College, St. Paul's United Theological College, Makerere University, the University of the South, Vanderbilt University and the International Bible Institute and Seminary. He holds a Dip. Th, M.Div, D.Min, DRE, and D.D. He is married to the Rev. Dr. Mary Githiga.

Professor John Githiga is Patriarch of All Nations Christ Church International which is association of churches and ministry with the presence in every continent and founder, Chancellor and CEO of ANCCI University which is interdenominational and international. He is former Chaplain and faculty at West Texas A&M University where he taught Biblical studies and was President of United Campus Ministries. He is former chaplain and lecturer at Grambling State University where he taught Swahili and African philosophy and started KWANZA celebration. He was instructor at Pensacola Junior College where he taught in the department Humanity. He lectured on humanity in ancient world. Humanity and art and humanity and technological society. He was the head of the Department of Pastoral Theology at St. Paul’s University(Kenya) where he taught pastoral theology and human background to pastoral ministry. He is founder and first president of the African Association for Pastoral Study and Counseling. He presided over Congress on Pastoral studies which was held at Democratic Republic of Congo. He is a graduate from Church Army College, St. Paul’s United Theological College, Makerere University, the University of the South, Vanderbilt University and the International Bible Institute and Seminary. He holds a Diploma of Theology, Master of Divinity , Doctor of Ministry, Doctor of Religious Education, Doctor of Divinity. He is a student of theology, sociology, psychology, cultural anthropology and humanity. He was featured in the 2008-2009 edition of Madison Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals having demonstrated exemplary achievement and made distinguished contributions to the business community. He is married to the Rev. Dr. Mary Githiga.
ABOUT THE BOOK
The book gives unprecedented insight for marriage enrichment and counseling by drawing wisdom from successful marriages in North America, Europe, Asia and Africa. The author interviewed hundreds of couples from these continents. The responder who included Christians, Muslims, Hindus Native American African American and Africans were couples who have been married for 10 to 70 years. They revealed the secrets of their success and the challenges which were facing as married partners. In addition, the author who have been married for 53 the same wife, reveals the secretes of their success. Thus, the book enables you to identify the causes of failure and to discover the secrets of success in marriage and is therefore of unsurpassed value to married partners and those who intend to marry and is a great tool for premarital counseling and marriage enrichment seminars.

INTRODUCTION

At the onset, we have to assert that the Holy Spirit is more than a subject. He is a person. He is seeing me and talking with me as I write about Him. He is also seeing you as you read this book. If you have not yet received Him, know that he is close to you that your nose is closer to your mouth. He desires to enter in you. He says: Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door I will come in and eat with him, he with me.
Revelation 3:20. When he comes in, not only are you forgiven of all your sin, but you are cleansed from all unrighteousness. You are justified. You are counted as though you have never sinned. Better still, He becomes your counselor, helper, comforter, and a dynamic power for witnessing and living a righteous life.
