What you are aware of, you usually dominate over it, while what you don't know, you are a slave of it. Everyone on earth desires to live a good and successful life. As human beings, we usually make mistakes willingly, without our consent, or situations force us. Breaking from addiction is a vital subject since it will enable you to realize where you made a mistake and how you can correct it. Recovering from addiction is a process, not a one-day activity. Failing yesterday is not a big deal, but you can work on yourself for a better tomorrow. In life, never live in the past, which was gone. Let it not be a weapon to destroy yourself. To end an addiction, finding the source, adverse effect, and solution is good. As human beings, we have a religion where we believe in a supreme God. I shall use Christianity to give solution on addictions. The book is simple and suitable for anyone struggling with addiction. There is always hope for the future by breaking from the slavery of addiction.

Everything in life begins with having the courage to start. It can either be positive or negative. Addiction is a negative desire that destroys a man. It prevents a man from achieving God's purpose. A man's life is usually short due to different factors such as accidents, some modern foods, and natural calamities. Therefore, everyone must concentrate on their purpose and goals. It is usually a satanic strategy to ensure that, as man, we will not achieve our earthly objectives in most cases through addiction.

2.Types of Addictions to be discussed

There are so many types of addiction. We will discuss Masturbation and anger. When one is born, they usually have the possibility of greatness. Addiction starts from the wrong association. There are generally different groups of people we call friends, and they have different views of life. Their pattern of behavior can be transferred to us. Friends are generally mighty since they can destroy or build an individual future. If we are friends, there are typically unifying factors that increase the bond of our relationship. For example, if your friend loves watching pornography, they will share the same story frequently, and at a given period, you will realize you will fall into the trap of the same. Mindset is mighty. It is usually directly affected by the information we consume.
