Introduction

The most important thing that has contributed to my success as a coach is having extensive practical experience in dealing with SMEs and entrepreneurs on a daily basis since 2012 – as I was visiting a minimum of four projects and entrepreneurs daily; whether it was to analyze and develop, to analyze and build it up, to approve the funding, to increase their profit to be able to pay back the funding, to analyze and study the proposed feasibility study, to help them make a proper feasibility study, or to train and coach entrepreneurs.

As a Business Coach, I help entrepreneurs find the most suitable business for them to start and how to start it. We draw their Business Model Canvas to give them a wide snapshot of every aspect of their business, then I make a feasibility study for them to become a roadmap to build their business or develop it and prepare them for success. Moreover, I make them prepare themselves for success by focusing on their mindset.

I have faced many scenarios and stories since 2012, where most of them faced almost the same challenges, and similar scenarios, and had fundamentals to make sure that they were applied in their businesses.

Over the years, I met two entrepreneurs whom I thought of sharing their stories and pointing out the Dos and Don’ts of starting your business.

In this book, you will get the chance to live the true story of these two entrepreneurs and experience how they lived their dream of becoming entrepreneurs.
