A Force for Good

Held on the belief that women can be extraordinary agents of change, the Cartier Women’s Initiative (CWI) is an annual international entrepreneurship programme that empowers women impact entrepreneurs by providing them with the necessary financial, social and human capital support to grow their business and build their leadership skills.

Since it was founded in 2006, CWI has brought together a diverse and thriving community of 262 women from 62 countries who are tackling a diverse range of social and environmental issues, from climate, health, pharmaceuticals, education to agriculture—all with a common drive to solve the most pressing global challenges.

Those who have joined the programme (called fellows) have benefited most from the peer and executive coaching sessions that enable fellows to connect with and draw from the experience and expertise of practitioners, industry experts, entrepreneurs and academics in an exchange of experiences and practical knowledge.
