About this ebook
My view: This manuscript (soon-to-be-published book), I'm sure is truly a love story. It is spiritual, romantic, serious, instructional, and informative; and throughout the book reads like a love letter to God and to the author's husband-to-be, and now husband, Kelma. There were a couple or more statements in the manuscript (journal entries) that really made me chuckle. I read those about three times because I enjoyed the lightheartedness of the author, as well as my own hearty laughter, which felt very good. I'm pretty certain that this will have the same effect on other readers, as well. My sincerest thanks to the author for asking me to be among the first persons to read her manuscript. I am indeed honored. There's a subtle hint that this manuscript, once published, may be the first in a series of inspirational books, packed with love and appreciation for God, her husband, her family, and others.
--Perlene P. Montgomery
This is my personal account of the author's relationship with God, her spouse, and her ministry. Through the pages of her revealing inspirational book, Mrs. Gloria Howell-Mason presents a unique acknowledgment of God's purpose, mission, and vision for her life. In this literary record, she declares her determination to trust Jesus as she joyfully seeks to please Him daily and to inspire others to grow deeper in the love and higher in the spirit of Jesus-

I am so honored to have been asked to read this wonderful book. What a delightful, caring, funny story. Follow Elder Gloria Mason on her journey through love loss and love again, a greater love than she would have ever known--love for God, love for family, love for the one that God has for her, as well as love for the plan he is revealing to her. It is a beautiful reminder that if we wait on the Lord, he will make all things new and exciting.
--Prophetess Joyce Washington
I thought the book was magnificent. It's a blessing to me to have lived long enough to find out how talented my daughter is and to read a book that she wrote.
A. Louise Williams, Author's Mother (Member of Missionary Guild, and Church Mother)
Her compassion for the love of God and the man God sent her to lean on for her to be able to freely work in his kingdom here on earth. She expresses her intimate relationship with recognizing order in her life and why first things should be first to get it right.

About the Author
In the Name of Jesus Is Another Living Testimony
It is my love for God and him that causes me to be so thankful for my life and his love.
Being married to Kelma DeLane Mason has sparked a reason to share with others the joy he has brought into my life. Naturally, it was and is God who brought us together in this season.
Even though I penned the majority of these words in the book while Mason was sleeping at three, four, five, or six o'clock in the morning, it is my love for God and Mason that causes me to be so thankful for my life and his love.
Waking up in the morning and going to sleep at night is a security blanket for life. God is our shelter and strong tower and having a husband that is concerned for your well-being is priceless.
Having encouraging parents, great children, fantastic siblings, and a supportive church family also adds to my gratitude. When time shall be no more, I shall go into eternity rejoicing all the more for those who helped to shape my spiritual life.
Forever grateful,
Elder Gloria Howell-Mason
Foreword
Though life can be uncertain, there is a constant that will never be diminished, and that is the need to love one another. I feel that to love another is the essence of what it is to be human. What good is love without having someone to share it with? There are those who live in this world everyday craving and literally starving for that someone who will make their life complete. Unfortunately, some are looking in all the wrong places, which leads them to accept a mediocre love affair that often leads them to stress and more depression than they have ever known. The yoke of bondage can only be released by first seeking the presence of God's love, faithfulness, grace, mercy, and guidance to the one true love of anyone's life to live. Faith in God's Word is the antidote that lends the ability to wait on him for anything you will need to survive in this life with more love than we can imagine.
I remember an innocent but serious request that I made to God over twenty-seven years ago. Being a single, divorced mother with two sons to raise, God blessed me to take care of them the same way my mother and father trained me to help take care of my five brothers and two sisters who were born well after me. God made ways out of no way for me to endure all they depended on me to do as the second oldest child of nine children. I learned at an early age that God did exist through attending Sunday school and church services in our community; however, I didn't know about how powerful he was in my life when I was struggling with being obedient to my parent's need for assistance with my siblings.
The training that I received as a child has made me keenly aware of the need to trust God to help me in my weaken state of being human.
I, too, was in search of the right companionship after being single for twelve years, until one day I simply asked God to send me someone who could deal with me. I was not willing to change who God had made me to be because it was my salvation that was the key ingredient to my learning who I am in Christ Jesus. Believe me when I tell you that I was not without flaws, stumbling at many turns while kissing a few frogs and still trying to find my way through a maze of suitors to make sure the right one would come along to be my forever love. This did happen to me as I trusted God in his infamous wisdom.
Twenty-seven years ago was the answer to my prayer to God for the right one to be the love of my life by his grace and mercy.
When I met the author of this wonderful love story over twelve years ago, it was in the midst of our conversation when we found that our lives paralleled one another. The difference was that she became a widow and I was separated by divorce. Both of our situations brought on a void in the heart of the matters of needing to have someone to be a forever love, companionship, and most of all the need to be truly comforted as God had meant for us to be.
To serve God is the answer to a question that people are seeking to find where they belong when it comes to finding a forever love through him. No one comes into this world knowing their destiny; however, when you seek wisdom, understanding, and clarity from God, you will find it just because you took the time to ask. We all need to have the capacity to love to be loved. Seek and you will surely find love with the help of God our Father.
The moral of Elder Gloria Howell-Mason's phenomenal love story is the fact that after the death of her first husband, she realized that God had not left her without companionship. In our conversations I felt that she was waiting on Him in accordance with the book of Isaiah 40:31 (KJV) as follows: But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strengths; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
Elder Howell-Mason was faithful, but she was waiting also on God's faithfulness. In your thoughts just remember to remember that humankind will look at time as if it is controlled by man's constant dependence on a human time piece. Man keeps tabs on life by using the hands on a clock and other mechanisms to govern life's movements each day. God does not need human factors to monitor time because he is time.
