About this ebook
"Mary Knoblock's compelling poetry collection is a symphony of emotions that speaks directly to the heart and soul. Each poem, a testament to the spectrum of human feelings, unravels tales of love, loss, hope, and the myriad intricacies of life.
'Eventide' beckons readers with the melancholic beauty of fleeting moments, encapsulating the longing and love that reside within the confines of twilight. 'Mustang Runners,' a testament to wild freedom and the untamed heart, captures the essence of life's unpredictable journey.
Throughout the collection, readers will traverse the landscape of memory, where past loves, regrets, and unspoken words come alive. In 'Detours,' the intense pain of missed opportunities is juxtaposed with the hope of second chances, weaving a tale of a love that was almost lost but never forgotten. The haunting 'Heaven's Bride' tells a story of love and loss, where the ethereal beauty of love is intertwined with the inevitable pain of letting go.
But it's not just about love and loss. 'Success' paints a vivid picture of perseverance, resilience, and the struggle to rise above adversity. It's about the silent battles we fight, the moments of doubt and despair, and the incredible strength to move forward. This poem, like many others in the collection, stands as a beacon of hope, urging readers to keep going even when the path becomes treacherous.

Emo Feels - Mary Knoblock
Gone
The winter lights are twinkling,
The sky filled with the gray tears.
Sometimes the silence
Scares me in the wake of the news.
I’d give anything to take back that day.
I’d give anything to unsee the pain.
I’d give anything to have you back again.
The hum of the heater
Warmed her by the silent mantle,
Holding the memories from years ago.
The picture frames never aged;
Your smile stayed the same.
I’d give anything to see you near.
The loneliness is sometimes too much to bear.
We did everything to fill the memories
Of your time spent here,
On the winding roads of life.
If I didn’t fear the outcomes,
Maybe we’d change the past, love.
Maybe we’d change the morning's news.
What do you do, love,
When there’s nothing to distract you?
Just silence in my papers,
Capturing the past of you.
I’d give anything to see you again,
I’d give anything to be near you again,
I’d give anything for you.

She asked Siri.
Is it okay to lose my mind?
