First, let’s talk about what this book is not. This book is not intended for people who have a degree in Instructional Design. It isn’t meant for people who have decades of experience. This book is not an in-depth exploration into educational philosophy or methods.
Instructional Design Simplified is meant for people who need functional knowledge that they can put to use immediately. This book is simple and concise. It’s organized in way that leads you along a distinct path to your completed training class or program.
And thus, as we embark on our journey to a fully-formed training program or class, I hope you find this guide helpful.

Training might be necessary for any number of reasons. Maybe you need to train new staff or the existing staff has issues with knowledge gaps.
