TEN REASONS NOT TO KILL YOURSELF

1.Jesus Christ is Lord. God made a conscious choice to create you and God loves you. God does not want you to hurt yourself. God could have created you at any time in human history, but God created you for such a time as this. God wants you to remain alive upon the earth for a specific purpose, until the day he calls you home. Our enemy the devil, wants you to hurt and kill yourself, don’t give in to his prompts. Reject him in the name of Jesus Christ. We can prevail over the devil and all our enemies with the help of the Holy Spirit. God has all power and is almighty. Jesus Christ stated, he has all power in heaven and in earth; trust him, never give up, never commit suicide and choose life.

2.God is not ready for you to die yet, the time will come when you will leave this planet; however, the time is not now. It is inevitable that we shall all leave this planet sooner or later, but it is for God to determine when; not us.

3.God made you unique. In the entire universe there is only one you. No matter the hard times or the position you may find yourself in; remember you are unique and very special. You are God’s creation. God has his majestic reasons for preserving your life on earth at this time. If you are unaware of your purpose in life, pray to God and ask him to help you discover it.

4.Despite the hard times you may be going through; if you place your faith and trust in Jesus Christ and pray for his help; you can be confident he will be there for you, and not abandon you. Jesus Christ can deliver and heal people suffering from broken hearts, poverty, homelessness, sadness, addictions, medical issues and mental health issues. Jesus Christ does provide significant meaning to our lives.

5.If you kill yourself, you risk a very good chance of burning in hell forever. Thou shalt not kill, is a commandment of God, which means we should not kill others; except in self-defense, nor should we kill ourselves. As painful as life can be in this material world, the pain and agony of hell is a trillion times worse. You don’t want your last act upon the earth, to be murder and the rejection of human life, which God graciously visited upon you.

6.Your life is valuable. You are just as important as any other human being in the world, regardless of status. Despite those who may not see your worth or value, your life, journey and testimony are very important. Your story is not over yet; only the Lord knows what great achievements await you, if you would only place your faith and trust in him, and not give up.

7.You have a great and powerful ability to positively affect the lives of others, even through a smile or an encouraging word. You still possess the ability to help others in ways you may not even realize. You can be a huge inspiration to others, by assisting them in overcoming their tragedy and trauma.

8.We all owe God a debt of gratitude, to value and honor the gifts of life and love he has visited upon us. Killing one’s self would be dishonoring these precious gifts.

9.If you killed yourself, you would be severely hurting those who love you, and be providing a horrible example of how to cope with pain and difficulties.

10.Love yourself. See the good in yourself. See the positive, beautiful and wonderful qualities you possess. According to the World Population Review, approximately 160,000 people die daily around the world. God has protected your life all these years for a specific reason. You have survived thus far, because God wants you alive on the earth, for such a time as this. Life is not perfect on this planet, but it will be perfect in heaven. Through the hard times never give up, and through all situations in life, place your trust and faith in God, and he will see you through the hard times, to a glorious and majestic existence in heaven, eternally wrapped in the warmth and comfort of God’s love.

CHOOSE LIFE

Do not kill yourself. Your life has value and meaning, even though you may not see it at this moment in time. Whatever the situation is in your life, it can improve. Tomorrow is a new day. Suicide is an eternal solution to a temporary problem. God loves you very
