What Makes Me an Authority?

You may be wondering from whence did I get my information and data? Hordes of men. (Sounds like a Netflix series, right?) My accuracy in understanding their true sentiments were consistently confirmed through my strong active listening skills and their immediate responses of feeling they had been heard.
