KEY #1
BEING THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF
The beautiful thing about life is the variety of everything that has been created. It's beautiful to see the different animals, fish, birds, flowers, trees, mountains, foods, etc. Variety is the spice of life. There are no two identical snowflakes. The thing that we should appreciate the most is the variety of humankind. No two fingerprints and DNA are exactly alike. It's beautiful to see different races and ethnic groups. It's amazing to see all the different languages in our world. All of us are different and unique. We all have something to offer our world. We all have different talents, skills, abilities, and insights that can benefit humankind and make our world better. Whatever we do, we should do our best. We should all strive to be the best version of ourselves in all aspects of our lives.
We should first strive to be the version of ourselves mentally, emotionally, and physically. If we could be and do better in these areas, shouldn't we? We should do everything we can to enhance our lives in these areas by obtaining the information we need to be our best. We should read books, articles, and written information to improve ourselves. We can gather information through Google and YouTube. We should seek to be coached and trained by people that can help us in person or indirectly. None of us are perfect; we are a work in progress. Being the best version of yourself first starts by you taking the time to work on yourself mentally, emotionally, physically, and for many people spiritually.
The first group of people we need to be our best for is our loved ones. The people that mean the most to us deserve our best. To be the best version of ourselves, we owe it to our wives, husbands, children, siblings, parents, girlfriends, boyfriends, relatives, and friends. We should strive to serve and give unconditional love to our loved ones. Unconditional love seeks the best for someone without conditions. We should have this mindset to be our best towards our loved ones. We should have an attitude to serve by adding value and making life better for our loved ones. We serve by word and deed. We should be cheerleaders for our loved ones by speaking encouraging words to them. We should be there to assist them when needed. Our loved ones deserve the best version of you.
Lastly, we should be the best version of ourselves to humankind. We should be our best at our jobs and careers. Whether you are the owner, employee, etc., the world should be better because of you. We should all strive to get the education, information, training, skills, etc., to be the best version of ourselves. Reading has helped me appreciate all the different talents and abilities we have as people. I enjoy watching television, social media, and all forms of entertainment to appreciate people's various skills. It's amazing to see people at their best at what they do. We should all strive to be our best in every facet of our lives for ourselves and others.
KEY #2
LAUGH
One of the best things that we can do for ourselves is laugh. According to studies, laughter enhances your intake of oxygen. It stimulates your heart, muscles, and lungs. Laughter also relieves stress. One wise person said,
