Highly recommended! - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book is an excellent book for teens, parents of teens, and teachers. It is well researched, concise, engaging, and has many references available at the end.

There are all sorts of outside pressures facing today's teens, specifically from social media, that have not impacted previous generations. Now more than ever, teens are being impacted by depression and anxiety as a result. The Teens Self-Regulation Workbook is an excellent resource for teens and parents to navigate this challenging time in a child's life. It provides important advice on how to manage difficult feelings like disappointment, anger, and sadness using effective methods such as CBT. The strength lies in the workbook portion of the book where teens can learn by doing and most of all, they can figure out who they are and who they would like to be through these exercises.
