Brian Loughlin
Brian first became interested in doing his own storytelling in his early teens, and wrote a theoretical epilogue to Lord of the Flies as a high school project. Since then, he’s earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Writing Arts from the State University of New York at Oswego. He’s experimented with writing theater, short fiction in the sci-fi and fantasy genres, but has most recently found a home in his poetry. He hopes that he can move forward and develop his skills to write his first full length novel. He has a Twitch livestreaming channel during which he creates poetry and short fiction while interacting with his audience.

Loose Pages - Brian Loughlin
Author’s Note
Some of these poems explore sensitive topics that may trigger those who are coping with trauma. While I consider these works to be uplifting messages regarding suicide prevention, mental health, and losing loved ones, I would urge readers to always contact their local mental health services if they are struggling.
